My way of life.

Posted by: zixiangx on: May 29, 2008

I sit here, finished with my 4th drawing and looking at my own illustrator vector face. I turn to look at the clock beside me.

2am.

For about 2 months, 2am seemed so early to me. In the past, although there were project rush and assignment hot at the very last hours, it wasn’t a every week, or rather, a everyday thing. Ever since Poly started, every single day, EVERY single day is used on completing assignments, doing projects, researching for information and getting ready to do the same thing the next week.

Fun as it may be, I’m starting to realize and I believe many others realize too that their way of life is changing. I sit here with just the sound of the small water fountain on the table flowing seamlessly, thinking that I am overworked.

I hardly head out anymore.

I seldom THINK of stuff like going out.

I’m AFRAID of touching games, and no its not those miniclip flash game. I mean those real games.

My everyday goal is just to complete assignments and get ready for more then next week.

I can really say that I’m looking forward to the 2 week holidays. Not to slack, but to take a rest.

Monday – DPM and usually used to do draw my DRF drawings
Tuesday – COMT and its killing me with all the “responsible” and “polite” attitude of my team members. Usually will be doing GDF work
Wednesday – PDA and the rest of the day usually doing DRF drawings
Thursday – Usually used to do GDF and FCP work, get new DRF Drawings assignment
Friday  - Usually doing GDF or getting new GDF Assignment
Sat & Sun – Catching up and balancing the work done for each module.
NEXT MONDAY- CYCLE REPEATS

Lets play a game, spot a day which I am free with no assignments. =]

Its alright. It’ll be rest in 2 weeks. The last 2 weeks happens to be the busiest.

Tough as our school life might be, I cannot stress that I’m having fun in school. The way lessons are conducted, the freedom around and of course, the friends around. When compared to assignments, they make assignments a lot better.

Here are the photos taken during Digital Photomedia today. I’ll pick some out to post. I took over 200 photos in 1.5 hours. Record.

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good *No not harry potter* I takebetter photos with a Digital SLR because I’m more comfortable in handling it rather then a Point Shoot / SemiPro Camera.

That’s all, FOR NOW. Lets count together. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

I need time picking out the rest.
