GDF is finally done and done. Printing and stuff were done yesterday. 2 words to describe the stuff yesterday.

Total Chaos.

We extended the shop’s closing hour by nearly 1 hour much to the owner’s displease. I don’t understand, his lousy shop with the lousy printers can have so many customers, he should be happy, why so serious?

No wonder his shop has to open until 9pm at night. Busy printing terror photos. His printer screwed up my coloring on my package, so grateful to them.

My GDF assessment, I don’t really know is good or bad. Eric’s comments are so abstract, he started off with a lecture on batman o.0 and then moving on to say I remember the design fundamentals and ask me not to forget.

Then he asked me a very sad thing. “Do you think you are doing well for all your subjects?”

Me: “Ok ok lah”

Eric: “No~ No~, your DRF!”

What the, DRF. Expected. I cannot draw lah, that was exactly what I told him also. I already expected DRF drawing to screw me up . What to do, not fated to draw.

So abstract with no confirmed comments also. Then thinking back, I’m actually also not very good in what I am doing, kelong all the way? Lol, I guess so. Last time attachment in ITE killed my score. This time for sure  DRF, and some other would be modules.

 

I might have to edit my Flash Portfolio done for ITE final semester a little, like cutting down the video length. Why?! Nope, I’m not bo liao.

Ms Irene, my ITE Multimedia teacher, sent our class works to Adobe because they are doing a case study on student’s work done using their programs.

Minkuan’s game was chosen to be showcased, though he’s in NS and haven’t reply them yet.

Adobe emailed me to ask me for the SWF version of my Portfolio. My entire Flash Portfolio was chosen to be showcased too. I don’t know about any prizes yet, the last case study, the shortlisted candidates got an Ipod o.o.

If they never give me anything, Its also okay ba. My flash portfolio on Adobe’s site! But I really don’t mind the Ipod LOL! Hey, they said my work was outstanding ok. LOL!

I’ll post the link up once they send me the web link for approval.

I’ve never really taken my work to any competition to test the standard of my works, and this is the first time so, can say quite shocked. I never expected such a simple flash interface will get featured by Adobe.

 

I’m for sure looking forward to the web page being up ! Hohoho.

I’m reading a book now. Elyas lent it to me. I didn’t specifically told him I wanted to borrow because I was afraid I didn’t have the time to read it. But he remembered and brought it to school today. So touching.

The book is “Dealing with people you can’t stand”.

It is a good read, with the way the author interesting brings forth so much.

I guess everyone is someone else’s “people they can’t stand”. So It is more of how to blend in, then to dig up the differences. Interesting read really, I’ll post some stuff I find in the book once I get through it. Ages since I read a book. Feels so close to language .
