This post is a cumulative update, and I’ll try to put as many events that I can remember into this post =s.

There was the moon cake festival gathering at my aunt’s house last Sunday. Not much, but it was a cool gathering because its been ages since I have dropped by. Talked with cousins and rocked our PSPs.

 

Class Chalet

Monday was our class chalet, and we had secured a place over at Changi Biggin Hill. When we reached there, it was real ulu, not what I have expected, because it was really ulu.

I went ahead with Jon and the girls to Tampines to get some stuff before taking the long bus trip down to the Bungalow.

We saw Pat, Brice, Lesley and Tim there already when we reached the Bungalow and we lazed around the Bungalow. It was real bored at first because there wasn’t much to do, and we couldn’t start the BBQ till at least 7pm because Elyas had fasting. Mervin reached a little while after that. We started the BBQ at 7, but the duos, Elyas and Daryl didn’t arrive till nearly 9pm. That resulted in the late BBQ and everyone was very very hungry already.

I tried my best to spread the food around =s because everyone’s been waiting for it for a long time and so I managed to sit and eat at the later part of the BBQ. Chin leong reached by himself and all he had was his Navigation Phone and his legs, which brought him all the way up to the Bungalow himself. The path was so ulu that I didn’t know how he managed to go up and find us still.

Daryl and Elyas finally arrived donkey years later and they finished up the food with the help of some Cats and the rest of the peeps. Overall not many people turned up for the chalet, and a total estimation of 14 people were there, 12 from our class only. Some commotion happened over a cat arriving and wanting to join our BBQ session.

After the BBQ, everyone lazed around again, with the girls staying in the room with the stack of poker we got for them at cheers and Pat, Brice, Lesley, Tim, Daryl, Eylas and Mervin wanted to take a walk at Changi Village.

I didn’t go along with them because I didn’t feel like walking out and I couldn’t leave the girls alone in the Bungalow. Jon stayed too and we ended up watching TV, with everyone taking turns to bathe.

The girls wanted to order Mac Delivery and seriously this is the first time I had so much difficulty in explaining the location of our bungalow to the operator. There were no visible street names, nor any proper road labels, and in the end we managed to pull it off because our Bungalow was directly beside the SAF Aircontrol Centre and I used that as a landmark for the delivery.

After a while, the rest returned from their Changi Village trip and the Mac Delivery came not too long later. All the girls except belinda ordered something and after that they have leftovers of a big packet of fries, and I had to finish them up because then only would Carol go back to the room and take a rest, since she was feeling unwell.

After I finished up the fries, Daryl, Elyas and Mervin came down and saw me alone there, and joined me, and started talking about some freaking stories of ghastly encounters. Then awhile later they wanted to go up and scare the girls, but I thought they were asleep so I went up to take a look.

In the end, they were up there playing cards still, with Carol still wide awake and Belinda still bathing after so long =s. I hopped onto the bed and enjoyed the aircon, trying to foil Belinda’s straw trick while the girls were playing cards on the bed mattress placed on the floor.

Elyas, Mervin and Daryl’s plan of wanting to spook the girls out didn’t work and so they just stay in the room and play Pick up sticks?! It was funnily nonsensical and I joined them for a game until I realized I suck too much to continue. That was my first game of Pick Up Sticks in my whole entire life.

Before that, I made a bet with Belinda, which states that the first person to fall asleep shall lose 5 dollars to the other person, and that, is going to be 1 bet that is really horrific =s.

After a few games of “Cheater” where we had to expose people’s hand and whatever they throw, I retreated to the bed and stayed there again. Soon the guys were out of the room at around 4+ and went to sleep if I was not wrong, and some of the girls was watching drama on Huiting’s PSP, while Carol was finally getting some sleep that she should be getting ages ago. She didn’t had lunch, had a late and not full dinner, and had a supper at 3+ with her sore throat going on, no wonder she felt unwell.

Belinda, me and liyun decided to leave the room since the four girls, Carol, Huiting, Leonie and Fion are taking their sleep and we headed over to the room which was originally located to me and Jon, but now empty because Jon was sleeping in the Living room and 1 of our mattress was over at the girls’ room.

We stayed there and talked a while, before Liyun said that she was not really feeling well too. =s. I gave up my bed to her and let her fall asleep before me and Belinda escaped so that she could have her sleep peacefully.

We went down to the living room and turned on the TV, and it was around 7.30am. No one was winning the bet yet, but I could sense that I would be losing it soon. After a dumb struggle till 8.30am or so, we called a truce and I feel asleep on the chair. I woke up around 15 mins later to find Belinda sleeping too. I continued to sleep a little by little, waking up 5 mins or so and finally when Belinda woke up, we were back to watching TV again.

In the end we kept falling asleep at intervals and had to resort to drinking water, eating seaweed and watching dumb shows to keep us awake, which had an inverse effect and feeling more sleepy by then.

Leonie came down awhile later to tell us that Huiting wasn’t feeling that well (=s again 3rd one! what is happening.) and she had to go first and couldn’t wait for us to go together already. We asked Leonie to ask Fion whether she wanted to accompany Huiting back first, and so they left the Bungalow quite early in the morning, with Fion telling us that Huiting really was paled out in color.

Jon came down a few times, and he fell asleep in the same room as Liyun because they were talking and he fell asleep on the table. Liyun came down and joined us in the living room and soon the remaining girls joined us in the living room, with the rest of the peeps still in their room or sleeping.

They watched some cartoon for some time until Belinda and Leonie asked whether we should make a move and we packed our stuff before bidding Pat and the rest goodbye and headed for Tampines.

We settled lunch @ Pizza Hut and after some seriously delicious food, we headed home via the MRT. I reached home at around 5pm and then went to take a bathe before falling asleep infront of my laptop again for around 20mins and waking up again to dinner.

 

Results

I got my results of my first Semester in poly and it was on the same day of the Class Chalet. I was kind of pissed in the morning because the school didn’t send me the results via my phone so I could have slept in for another hour and a half, and instead I had to turn on my com to check my results.

It was better then I expected and I couldn’t ask for more. Especially drawing. It was hilarious when I looked at the score. It was 1 grade better then I expected, especially after Eric, our class mentor had gave me a scare about the drawing grades during a presentation.
